🎛️ Project Grounding: The Creative Backbone
Grounding is our internal automation framework — the system that organizes our raw data, redacts sensitive information, and turns sprawling AI chat logs into structured assets.
What It Does:
- Automatically pulls in raw creative session logs
- Redacts sensitive/private info
- Outputs standardized project files (e.g.,
.cht,.md,.map) - Helps us track music, video, and storytelling workflows
It’s fully automated, privacy-first, and purpose-built to reduce friction and keep things flowing.
🧠 NeuroIndex: The Living “Second Brain”
NeuroIndex is our newest layer — a JSON-based memory system that functions like a second brain. It stores evolving ideas, current priorities, project context, tools, and open questions — all accessible by our GitHub Copilot Agent in real-time.
Key Capabilities:
- Modular lists (Focus, Ideas, Projects, Tools, Reference, WaitingOn, Questions)
- Tracks what matters now (e.g., YouTube monetization strategies)
- Helps AI agents make better suggestions by referencing a live, editable memory
- Generates reports, digests, and curated content for both internal use and public sharing

As we create new music videos, content series, or strategic plans, NeuroIndex tracks the living context while Grounding organizes the output. Together, they enable us to move faster, think deeper, and create more meaningfully — with AI as a collaborative force.
📁 New: Internal Reports & Output
We’ve now added a private output directory inside the NeuroIndex system. This allows us to:
- Automatically generate project reports
- Track major creative cycles
- Share selectively
